Greetings from Bethesda International School!! The past ten years at school has been a time of rapid progress and great change. We are now a fully affiliated school providing the ICSE and ISC curricula.
In a fast changing world, I often reflect on a key question- What should Bethesda International School do to help our students be successful in a complex, ever changing world?
How do we help our students be productive citizens in the 21st century?
Our role in education then becomes to provide an environment where our students can be nurtured to grow in their core values, knowledge and relationships with people. We need to create citizens of strong character, competence, and chemistry.
At Bethesda we have developed a value-based curriculum where every student practices core values on a daily basis – being respectful, cheerful, responsible, hard working, helpful, honest, caring cooperative and forgiving. We pride ourselves in identifying each student’s strength and developing those natural abilities to the fullest.
The curriculum in the basic disciplines is carefully planned and articulated by qualified staff to suit the individual needs of our student population and to optimize learning.
Through co-curricular and extra curricular activities, and collaboration in various school projects ample opportunities are provided for relationship building and leadership.
The administration and faculty are strongly guided by our mission to provide the best educational experiences in a nurturing and caring environment to create happy, successful, people.
Let our light shine forth!!
